My problem is

Cognos BI Server Not Available
Please contact ur adminstrator

Iam the admin

Now what to do

WinXP Pro, SQLserver2000, IIS, Everything configured according default..
jre files updated..

What can i do

Make sure port 1433 is actually open on your sql server. I think the command is SVRNETCN.exe
I bet your content store is not up and running. You can check this by going to your SQL server and see if the tables were created in the database you created and specified in the config.

Thanks very much for ur tips.
I checked Mssqlserver2000, it is developer edition, so it is not supporting OLTP DATABASES..I had dowloaded the
trial version of Mssqlserver2005 Enterprise version, then it works
