You could try the IBM  CSIM  you can download it from IBM.
It installs as a sort of help system, 
Once you run it you can find a couple of project plan  templates in the
Project Support Category (left nav) |  Project Schedule Artifact  |  Illustration:   Project Schedule Templates |  Attached file: "IBM CSIM-Consolidated BI and PM.mpp"   

I found this to be somewhat helpful.
