Last Page

South             1120
North              1130

how to format like this?

Thanks and regards

Hello Forsasi,

To insert a page break after each Month (or any column that is grouped):

1.) Click on the month column, and then click the 'Group' icon (or click on Report, Query, Group using the menus).

2.) After the month column is group, select the list frame that contains your data (to do this: click on any field in your list frame, and hit Ctrl-L).Ã,  This should high-light the entire list frame.

3.) Now click on Format, Properties, and then select the Layout tab.

4.) You should see the Month field listed in the box twice.Ã,  One will say "Month" Header, and the other will say "Month" Footer.Ã,  On the right hand side is a little box with some black lines, and a red line.Ã,  If you hold your mouse over it, it will say "Page Break After: off".Ã,  Just click on that button and the report will have a page break after each Month.Ã,

5.) Your grand totals will show up on the last page (assuming that you have North & South sales in two different columns, and you have a sub-total running for them).Ã,  You might need to add a text box on the last page that says "Grand Total" or something like that.

This same method can be used for any column that you have grouped.Ã,  I hope this helps.
