development documentation

my PM asked me to provide development documentation, but since i am rookie...its getting hard me to deliver........any help/guide would be highly and kindly appreciated.......

Hi,

Can you give an excel documentation which have report prototype on one sheet, report target to the source mapping on another sheet, and all other details on other sheet. If you want to add more info , then use some more sheets
