Chart values appearing different from list

Hi all, I'm at my wits' end here. I have a chart and a list both using the same query, and the chart appears like its not filtered or something - the chart's values and list's values are way off, and the list's values are correct. When I run a tabular data on the model, everything appears correctly.

Could someone tell me why this is happening?

Also, how do I suppress a null value field on the x-axis that has values but is irrelevant? The logic I want is similar to: "if ([Agent]='') then do not display"

Hi-You can try to click on your Series and look at the Properties box..Make sure you have chosen Cumulative and not Absolute for the values. I guess another thing you can try is to make sure your measure is being aggregated properly.

Thanks CanuckCognosGurl. I believe it should be Absolute, since Cumulative shows the wrong values.

I do believe my measure isn't being aggregated properly, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I have a count([Order ID]) function in Framework Manager, which I thought would work for all my reports. Unfortunately it doesn't since it seems to ignore the filters I put in the report and counts all the Order IDs instead of only the ones I want.

So I changed it to counting in the report, but the values appear the same. The strangest thing to me is why the list built from the same query works great but the chart doesn't.

Hope you or someone else can help me with this, since its driving me nuts.  ??? Thanks...

OK I had the same issues..and I received the same values when it was absolute.
Besides that for my list, I had to change my measure [total accts] to Count Distinct for Rollup Aggreg. and the Aggreg. I left at Automatic. That at least showed me the Acct numbers in the list and did not double count the Acct numbers that called in twice that day..(you only want that recorded as once)
