list report ascending and descending order setting on 2 columns

Hi,

I have question, I am working with list report
Name, region, Counts etc....
Please see below report. I set counts in Descending order. in my report where the counts are 22 name are not in any order. I would like to set Full Name in ascending order. anybody can help me how to get it like Adamyan, Amaliya,Barto, Debora, Morris, James,  Shaw, Asif for counts 22.     

    Full Name        Region   Counts
Lue Hing, Donna     3011       29
Ov, Sreng              3009       28
Shaw, Asif             3009       22
Morris, James         3024       22
Barto, Debora         3007       22
Adamyan, Amaliya   3014       22

1). Select a column in the list. 
2). Use the Ancestor picker to select the List
3). In the Properties window, lower left in RS, locate the Data section and the Grouping and Sorting property.
4). Click the ... button to edit the list's Grouping and Sorting
5). From list of Data Items on the left, drag the item(s) you wish to sort on to the Detail Sort List folder on the right
6). Use the green up and down arrows to set order of the items to sort with, as desired, with the topmost item the first sort, and so on down.
7). Click OK
