Security Error, hile refreshing cubes in Linux

 Hi,

We have our cognos server in Linux machine and when we try to build the cubes(models developed using Transformer 8.3) in Linux server we are getting the below error:
(TR3117) Unable to retrieve security objects. Please verify credentials.
We have already build cubes in our test server and it is working fine(we used to get this error sometimes but able to build it in the next run). The configuration of test server and production server are almost same. We tested it by giving the credentials also(-l option). Any idea pls share..thanks in advance...
