Crosstab Conditional Formatting Hierarchy Rows/Year Columns- Version 12 Report

Hi
I have a crosstab report with
hierarchy rows having Hier 1, Hier 2, ... Hier 8,
in column, Year from 2025 - 2032 and a numeric measure.

I must color the measure looking at previous years starting from 2026.


I looked into all the threads but I am unable to find a simple solution.

Here is the sample data
Count   2025   2026   2027   2028   2029   2030   2031   2032
Hier1    100    120    122    132    110    120    90    80
Hier2    50    60    61    66    55    60    45    40
Hier3    50    60    61    66    55    60    45    40

Columns 2026, 2027, 2028 2030 must be in green
Columns 2029, 2031, 2032 must be in red

Looking for a function, a simple solution that looks up to the previous year and formats the cells in green or red.
I did search in the forums but unable to find a solution for the conditional formatting.
