Connection reset when running as PDF

Hi everyone, it's been ages since I was here, so long that my account was deleted.  I'm so glad you're still going strong, and nice to see some familiar user names.

I've started a new project for a client, they have a strange issue that I haven't been able to sort out, could anyone suggest a solution?

The problem is when we try to run a report as a PDF we get an error message saying the connection was reset.  This only happens on some reports (the same report always has this issue) but other reports work OK to PDF.  The reports are coming from the same FM model.  The same user can run some reports to PDF but not others, and it seems to happen for all users on the same reports.

I've checked permissions and governors, and can't think of what else to check.

As always any help appreciated.

Thanks

Wyconian

Have you been able to resolve this issue?  We are seeing similar issues after upgrading our server to Windows 2019.  When running a report interactively that produces a PDF report we see a message that the Connection was Reset.  The reports run successfully to HTML or to EXCEL but not as PDF.  Running in batch works as expected.  This issue only occurs when logged into the VPN.   We are on version 11.2.2.

We're having the same issue after upgrading to 12.0.3. At first we thought it was related to this support issue but after looking at logs and network tracing it seems to be something else. Still investigating.
