RESOLVED: Save to File System Suddenly Failing

All of a sudden all our reports (bursted & non-bursted) are not saving to the file system.
We are getting the following messages:

  • CNC-DS-0026 Error while processing the report outputs : CNC-DS-0022 Cannot retrieve the canonical path for '\\<server name>\<file save location>\<File Save Folder>\<Report Name-en-us'.CNC-DS-0022 Cannot retrieve the canonical path for  '\\<server name>\<file save location>\<File Save Folder>\<Report Name-en-us'
  • RSV-DST-0014 Unable to deliver the output of the report. See the run history details for more information. Ensure that the required services are started. Ensure that the user account is configured to distribute the output in the requested manner.

As far as I know our Production Cognos is unchanged (our lower SDLC environments work without issue).
We have tried restarting Cognos services without luck.
Any thoughts as to cause would be greatly appreciated.

Issue resolved - No work needed; Ability to save to file system came up a few minutes later,; it must take a little while after Cognos system start to become active.
