What's new in 11.1.6

Cognos 11.1.6 is out! This release brings a ton of quality of life for authors and modelers. Major improvements include a dashboards UI refresh, a new interactive 'data table' object in report authoring and a handful of great enhancements to data modules. The UI as a whole received a slight update with new icons, and the new 'Learn' pane - which replaces the help section - is a huge step forward.
