MapBox in PA Express/Limited Use missing

Hi,

after upgrading the PA Express installation with CA Limited Use 11.1.5 we are missing the MapBox integration. Neither in Authoring nor in Dashboards we can select the Maps. Is this related to the Limited Use funcationality or du you suspect an installation/configuration issue?

I'm worried you might not have done a good thing there - at least from a licensing perspective. I thought (although I could be wrong, and often am) that PA Express licensing was version-tied to specific builds of Cognos Analytics?

More than a year ago, I was on a call with an IBM offering manager and we were discussing the "OEM" builds of Cognos Analytics (the ones that IBM bundles with other IBM products) and for those, there is definitely no access to Mapbox functionality. I'm guessing here that the "CA Limited Use" install you mentioned is for this purpose. I'm even more concerned you might not have done a good thing here!

Is there a reason you chose the Limited Use install? Have you made sure that your licensing terms permit you to use it? If you still have PA Express licensing, have you checked to see what specific version of CA you are entitled to use?
