Cognos 10.2.2 Windows 2008 SQL Server 2008 R2

Hi All,

I have an issue with creating Datasource with External Namespace in cognos.
I understand that there are quite a few posts on this subject on the net. However I could not come across with a solution  after reading and following all those related posts.

My Issue
1. Created an Active Directory Namespace in Cognos configuration under Authentication and tested fine with my credentials.
2. Created login for the database which is on windows authentication in Sql Server.
3. checked the IBM Cognos Services. Not on Local Account
4. SQL Server installation and Cognos installation are on different servers .
5. With jDBC, all the required jar files for Cognos 10.2.2 are in appropriate locations.

Also created datasource connection, SQLServer OLEDB,  and tested fine in cognos admin console with signon password option (Created SIGNON) and associated with Everyone group. Both Native and JDBC are succeeded.

Requirement:
I need to create a datasource connection in cognos with External Namespace.
Tried to create data source connection--> SQL Server OLEDB --> given server name and instance name --> selected 'External Namespace'--> then selected AD(the one created in Cognos configuration)--> given my windows User id and Password.

Am getting both compatible and Dynamic Failed messages
Compatible: Series of Failure messages- QE-DEF-0285, QE-DEF-0321, RQP-DEF-0068, UDA-SQL-0031, UDA_SQL0566
Dynamic - Connection to database with single sign on failed.

Can anyone help me either with any possible solution or Step By Step Procedure to make this External Namespace working?
