Impromptu 7.5 Scheduled Job not running - impadmin.exe process hanging

Boy can I use some help.  I have a scheduled report that will not run consistently.  Typically when it fails I'm finding the catalog hung with multiple impadmin.exe processes showing in task manager.  If I clear them and reboot I can get the job to run, but typically it fails on the next scheduled time.

I have no idea why the processes are hanging.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
