When I log into cognos Analytics from my computer using Internet explorer version (11.0.10240.16724)  I can not see any reports in Team Folder or My content. But  I can see Reports when I log in using FireFox or Chrome.
When I directly go to server where cognos is installed and there when I long in  using internet explorer version (11.2189.14393.0) I am able to see the reports stored in Team Folder and My content.
I tried the same using a different machine using Internet explorer version (11.2248.14393.0) and  I was able to see the reports

Is there any limitations on versions of Internet explorer in cognos analytics. Can any one help please. Thanks

Hi,

I was just looking on the Supported Environments page for Cognos Analytics, and saw this note for Internet Explorer:

Not Supported on Windows Mobile. Not supported with Touch Enable devices (i.e. Microsoft Surface and Touch Enabled Laptops)

For Windows 10: Internet Explorer 11.0.10240.17443 and higher

Cheers!

Hi,

Thanks for your answer but it is not that. The version of IE we use is higher and we do not use Windows Mobile.
I think it is something with a security parameter in IE but I don't know where I must search.

Hi,

I thought you said you were using IE 11.0.10240.16724? This appears to be a lower version than 11.0.10240.17443? Or am I misunderstanding?

I'm not an expert, but 1832 looks like a lower number than 17443 to me?
