Run report on the First of the Month and every Monday

Thank you for reading....  I need to set up a job (maybe event????) that runs/emails a report every Monday AND on the first of the Month AND only once if Monday is the first of the month...

Event Studio might be a good option. The condition would be if current date is a Monday or if current date is the first of the month. The task would be to run the report.
