CONGOS Analytics 11.0 - Email Link Displays Blank Web Page

We recently migrated to COGNOS Analytics 11 and have views scheduled to deliver links to reports via email.  The email arrives and has a link in the body of the email.  When the link is clicked, a blank web page is displayed instead of report output.  There is no message, no content at all.  The result is the same for a link to Excel output, .pdf output or html ouput.  Chrome is the default browser.  Popups are allowed.  The result is the same when I schedule output to be delivered with a link via email directly from a report.  The result is the same whether or not I am logged in to COGNOS Analytics. It is happening to multiple people using a variety of different reports.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?  Any ideas on resolution?

I assume the first step in following the link would be to authenticate the user. Are you using a web server with CA or are you using the servlet gateway on port 9300? What do the URLs embedded in the emails look like?

I am not sure about web server or sevlet gateway on port 9300.  I'll ask our COGONOS administrator.

The URL tells me you are using a web server - https://{domain}/ibmcognos rather than http://{domain}:9300/bi

My gut feel is that you might have a mis-configuration in your web server setup somewhere - that's where I would start looking.
