How to find out if a scheduled report has been removed in Cognos Administration

Hi All,
I accidentally removed scheduled reports from the schedules in Cognos administration.  How to find out how many scheduled reports got removed and what reports they were.

I don't know of a way from Cognos...there are products that offer that sort of thing (Motio springs to mind), but I don't know if they need to be running before the delete happens, i.e. whether they can retrieve the information retrospectively.
