TR0112 there is not enough memory available

TR0417 the support limit catagories in the model has been exceeded(2 million) you may want redesign model.

Error: TR0112 there isn't enough memory available.

I tried to manuly assigned  MultiFileCubeThreshold=10000000 and 5000000 also i am getting same error.

please can you suggest any body knows how resolve this type error

Check system resources while building, there should be enough RAM for Transfomer.
Try playing with Write\Read caches, defined in ppds.xml.
And try a Clean House and rebuild.
