last updated group based on approval/denial date

Hi I am new to cognos
i have columns  as 
change no,Implementaionstarttime, Implementaionendtime, submit for approavaldate, approval/denial date,approval group in report studio(query1)

Now the user requirement is he wants the  last Approval group  of approval/denial date. supose for the above  change no the output must come as Sep 8, 2017 5:57:20 AM(HBCN-IUDGR).like this i have 10000 change no's. i have to get the last approval group basedon approval/denial date
How can i do in report studio , can anyonehelp please
