Interactive report loads twice

I've noticed an unusual behaviour with reports when set to Interactive mode. It will often load once, show data and render all objects, but then a loading box appears and it refreshes again.
How can I avoid this happening?

Cognos version 11.0.6., didn't notice happening in 11.0.5.
