Table in framework shows no content, even though it has 33k+ rows

I am making a new framework for my new client. I made all the tables myself, I tested them and they all have rows. When I test the tables in Framework Manager, all give rows as a result. Only my fact table shows NO DATA in Framework Manager or in Report Studio through the published package. This even happens when I create a brand new project and have Cognos think up the query items of my table all by itself. As I created all the tables myself with absolutely no form of filtering whatsoever, I have no idea what the issue is. Who has the solution to what is going wrong here?

Does the login you are using in the data source connection have correct privileges to see the data in your table?

Yes, because it sees the content of the other tables.

Anyway, cause found... No auto commit on the filling of the table in TOAD. Long live Oracle and its commit option... Now it all works! TOAD showed me the result as if I committed, Cognos showed me before commit...
