Hi,

Does anyone has any idea what is causing for Cognos 10.2.2 to go down? The error encountered is CAM-AAA-0198 Failed to initialize the Series 7 session with errorCode '-125'.

We usually stop-start the configuration Mngr and batchfiles that stop/start other services. It goes up but after sometime the same error will pop up.  We encounter this everytime we try to login to the environment.

The message seems to indicate you are using a Cognos Series 7 Access Manager namespace as your authentication provider? It sounds like your Cognos 10 instance is unable to initialize a connection to it.
