Hi
We have 11.0.5 in a single server installation. We have SSO enabled and working. When using IE 11 in windows 10, we see the URL added with undefined (http://<server>/ibmcognos/bi/undefined/ibmcognos/bi/undefined/ibmcognos/bi/undefined/ibmcognos/bi/?perspective=home)
This behavior is not in other version of Windows IE 11.

It was working fine during Nov 2016, and started this behavior around Dec 2016 and still exists.

IBM document clearly says the touch screen monitors are not support. Could this behavior be due that IE restrictions?

If anyone has solution for this, please share. Thank you so much.

works fine for me on IE11.

Did you check on Firefox/chrome same URL.

It works fine on IE 11 if the OS is not Windows 10.
In surface and touch screen laptops having windows 10, we see the 'undefined' added to the URL.
All IE settings are present as per IBM Cognos specifications.

It works well in Chrome and Firefox though (even in surface, and laptops having windows 10 and with touch screens)

Thank you for checking and replying to my post.

I have the same issue and while working with IBM we found out that it is specific to  IE 11.0.10240.17184  it will work with other versions of IE. Such as the version coming with windows 10 cumulative updates 1607 for instance.

Oh and SSO doesn't seem to have anything to do with this issue.

Even with R5 IF2 or IF1, this still occurs. Must be something funky with that specific IE version.

Just came here because I'm having the same issue, but with a different IE11. IE 11.0.9600.16428 is also exhibiting the issue. And with IE 11.576.14393.0 I'm not having the issue. For me it's creating a problem because the slide out panels aren't populating. When I looked in the Developer's Tools I found that the URL source for navigation is http://myserver/ibmcognos/bi/undefined/ibmcognos/bi/undefined/ibmcognos/bi/undefined/ibmcognos/bi/js/content_apps/TeamFoldersSlideoutView.js?v=5 and receives a 404.

It's the oddest thing, but I can probably live with recommending Chrome over IE.

I can confirm we're seeing this on 11.0.6 with IE version 11.0.10240.17443.

The IE version on Windows Server 2012 works fine. As does Chrome.

Is there a version beyond 10240.17443 that people have gotten to work on Windows 10?

We have some users affected.

Thanks,
