Issue with Combined Chart

Hi there

I've one query returning a set of data, and a Crosstab displaying some total

Data
Allocated = for each employee nbr of planed hours per month/ nbr of hours per month
Allocatable = for each employee the activity rate

I'm able to display it in a Crosstab
I'm able to display each value separately in a chart

But I'm not able to display both values in the same chart, for whatever reason is the allocatable as a constant

see design and result attached. Any clue what it could be, what I do wrong
