How to change the color with text value based on the user selection

Hi Team,

I am going to create a report card where i have wirte a logic for grade column, which is having different values such as Good, Needs Improvement, Excellent, Meets Expectation.
These values will change dynamically according to the benchmark values, based on the user selection.
