Hi,

I have a  list and list contains top 20 vendor names and amount, top 20 filter using rank function. now introduced quarter data drop down box and connected list with data dropdown , filter is working for each quarter and filter is not working for 'ALL' Option. when I am selecting ALL my list is displaying top 20 records for each quarter. when i select ALL i need to display only top 20 in all the quarters not for individual quarter.

Could you please help me if some one know the solution.

Hi,

I'd suggest the easiest option here is to introduce a data deck, and have your Quarter control select the data deck rather than filtering the list. You need to have your list master/detailed to the data deck based on the quarter. You also need to enable the default card for your data deck, and put another version of the list onto this - with no quarter filtering. This will be shown when no quarters are selected.

Cheers!
