How to create a report (using Query or Report Studio)?

 Hi All,

Could you please help me, how to create a report (using report or query studio)? I need to create a report wherein on X-axis there are patching percentage count (like 10%, 20% etc) and on Y-axis there are  servers count (100,200 etc). Please find the attached file or screenshot for the same. Please, suggest for the same.
