Pls urgent help required .Unable to open cognos configuration.

Dear All,

I am not able to open cognos configuration on linux server.
We are using Cogns 10.2.2 Linux OS
When I try to run ./cogconfig.sh

I am getting below error.

I have checked the above link. We don't have derby installed. I am doubting on ulimit value as it is too low on my server. Its 1024 which is default. Planning to increase and check.
