Encrypting Email Attachment in Cognos Reports

If someone has tried the email attachment to be encrypted within Cognos, could you please let me know. We have reports that we need to schedule and email to other parties in an encrypted manner using Cognos BI 10.1. The following article is very lengthy and conceptual.

Is it possible and what could be the overall steps. Cognos BI Server configuration?
