Pop up appearing with undefined error

Hi There,
One of my users who has same permissions as everyone else has been getting an error.
When he gets a particular page, there's a pop up. Title is message from webpage. Msg is the name of the dashboard, and the next line says undefined.
I find this odd since no one has gotten this error. Also, Cognos doesn't usually have popups. But it does know the dashboards name.
Has anyone else seen this error before? Or any idea how to troubleshoot?

What browser and version is the user seeing this in?

We're on Cognos 10.1.1, and the browser is IE 11.

Is IE set to compatibility mode?

It was. Clearing cookies fixed the issue though. Had to watch him do it though.

Looks like the issue was compatibility mode :(
