List of all reports

Is there any way to create a report showing all the reports in the report folders?

I know I can use the audit logs, but there are reports that have been deleted, renamed or not run in a while so it's giving incorrect results.

There may be a way to do that in Cognos directly, but I tend to just use the free version of Motio PI

Even i am trying to get list of all reports which are not deleted in Cognos from Audit database. Please let me know if you figure out anything.
