Drop downs are no longer working

Hi there,
We just migrated our sql server from 2005 to 2012. In the process, we ran into an issue that necessitated that we drop and recreate the configuration.
Since the upgrade, many of the report have this weird effect that whenever we open them the dropdowns aren't appearing at all. However, the run button is active so when I click it, the drop downs appear properly.
Has anyone ever seen this very odd behaviour before?
