Reports drillthru with drop down functionality

I have a report named  say "Director" report , the report  should have the option to see "Manager" & "Supervisor" reports in Newtab with drop down functionality.So I have a value prompt with two static choices as 'Manager ' & 'Supervisor'  and here I struck to drillthru from value prompt values?

Is there any alternative to achieve drill thru report having dropdown functionality.

Note:Using Cognos 10.2.2 with IE9 as Interface browser

Just put two text fields on your report for 'Manager' and 'Supervisor" and put the drill throughs from them instead.

No idea - I'd give the user a solution that works and not get hung on the method...you're the report designer after all.

There is no out-of-the-box way to do what you are describing as far as I know. I agree with Chris.

After all, i have changed it to act as "Hyperlink" buttons and user accepted.
