dblink in ReportStudio?

Has anyone been able to get Oracle DBLinks work in ReportStudio? I would like to create a query in ReportStudio and use DBLink to bring in data using SQL from another database.

I doubt it makes a huge difference, but our version of Cognos is 10.2.2 and our version of Oracle is 11g.

In my opinion, writing SQL directly in a report like this is a horrible use of Cognos and antithetical to the product. Sometimes I wish Cognos never even had this capability in Report Studio. Direct SQL statements belong in Framework Manager, not report Studio.

If you are going to write pass-through SQL, any issues will be related to your configuration and nothing to do with Cognos per se.
