Hi all, when i login cognos connection through a non-administrator user and click on public folders i get the following error

CM-REQ-4158

The search path "storeID("")" is invalid. An object may contain invalid syntax, or an unsupported character, or the user account in the namespace may not have sufficient privileges. Check the object to ensure that the target destination location does not contain special characters.

Details
DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2016-02-06-07:48:38.606-#1

i have removed 'everyone' from the system administration in the security tab and added the user i want

bus_pass_man

You might want to start your troubleshooting by going into the log file and finding out what is recorded there.  The information in the log might give you some idea about the nature of the problem and what sorts of actions to take

"To find out about the actual error though an administrator with file access to the server log (cogserver.log) will need to search that log for the SecureErrorID given in the on-screen message.

Note: on multi-node installs, all logfiles from Application Tier installs will need to be searched.

Example: Search for "SecureError" or the timestamp-error number combination as per the error message"

Here's a technote that mentions that error.

Here's a topic where that error is mentioned.  I didn't read it but it might be helpful.

If your organization has a service contract that might be useful too.

Hope that helps
