In DMR Package - Measures are Cached for Aggregates in Crosstab Reports

Since we are using DMR Model in DQM Mode(by default) for Cognos  Package in Cognos Development, Measures are Cached for Aggregates in Crosstab Reports.
How to avoid this situation.
