Hi All,

I created a crosstab summary report with the following details:

1. One row - customer name
2. 1 Column - month created
3. Just below the month created i have request status drilldown which can be 'Raised' and 'Closed'

I want to have at the right of the crosstable a summary columns one for Total Raised and one for Total Closed.
When i add 2 summary columns and try to change one of them - they both get changed.

Any ideas how i can have 2 summary columns in crosstab with different expressions?

Attached is what i'm looking for.

Regards,
Alex

I don't think you need a summary, you just need those elements in the layout without nesting them beneath the month.

Is this a dimensional source? If request status is a level in a dimension just drag it over into the layout stacked alongside your month level, but not beneath it. If they are two different measures then drag them in again and stack alongside months.

Thank you Lynn - i think this one will slightly change the report layout but i presume it will be an acceptable result.

Alex
