Active Report - RAVE Visualization Issues

Hi,

I've just created a simple Active Report with a couple of RAVE Visualization objects.
I have added animations for the charts. Sometimes when I click on the Year-chart, the month chart will not display the columns correctly. (As viewed in the attachment)

I'm currently using IE11 and have set up Compatibility mode, but I have tried Firefox and get the same issues here as well.

Anyone know how to deal with this?

Hi,

What version of Cognos BI are you using? Have you checked that the RAVE visualizations are the right version for your currently installed Cognos instance?

I saw some odd behaviour like this in a report Lynn wrote - it turned out that the RAVE visualization was a 10.2.1 spec, and she was using Cognos BI 10.2.2. There was an alternative 10.2.2 spec visualization she substituted, and the report then started to behave as expected. I'd guess you might be in the same situation?

Cheers!

MF.

Thank you for feedback.

I have Cognos 10.2.2 and also Visualizations for 10.2.2, but I will investigate this a bit more.
I see there are some fix packs for Cognos that I can install, maybe that will resolve the problem.

Might also be a badly-coded visualization? :)

Might also want to check the visualization, blocks, and table pixel sizing.  Strange things occur if you aren't explicitly defining them.
