Can anyone please tell ,why reports extracts duplictes?My report is extracting 8 records instead of 4 records.Could anyone please tell what is setting to remove this duplicates?

I'm not sure there is enough information here to answer your question. There is a suppression tool on the tool bar but that may be an overly simplistic answer to your problem.

You might take a look at the Forum Etiquette Post to better understand how to formulate questions that will be most likely to yield useful responses.
