Design and Modify report

Hi,

I need to modify a report. Please see an attachment where i listed the original structure, original output and the output i would like my report to show.

I understand the original report is used list to show all the data. However, i had a hard time to create the same list/table.

• Delete the subtotals and totals
• Group by department number first
• Add subtotals and totals
