issue when run reports "view in CSV output format"

HI,

Currently we are on Cognos 10.2.1 FP1. Configure with 2 dispatchers on different servers. We are using web browser IE11

When we run any reports in CSV format interactively, report run fine but it always brings the first run CSV output results data for all the other runs.

for example I have a report with prompt value, : for first time run,  I selected prompt value as "xxx" which brings data.
For second time run,  I selected prompt value as "YYY" expected output is no data but still it gets data i.e first run output results.
In database, Cognos is generating two separate queries for both runs.

I tested by deleting IE Cache, changing the setting " check for newer version" .

This issue is not happening on IE9.

Any help? is much appreciated

try compatibility view settings in IE and see if it would help.

For second run - What if data is there for prompt "yyy" ? Still you are getting the old output i.e. for prompt "xxx" ? You mentioned specifically about CSV so in excel,pdf its working as per your expectations ?

@sdf : I tried in compatibility but no luck

@ sunosoft: yes for prompt yyy i am getting prompt xxx output. If i run for zzz i again get xxx output.
This issue is not happening for pdf or excel. Also if I run batch report service either by email or save for CSV report run as expected.
This issue happens only with "view report now" option.

If i run the report with "view report now" option  in two different IE sessions then this issue is not happening.

This issue happens only with "view report now" option with same IE session

this might be in regards to cognos cache or local cache.
