Reference mismatch between report and .mdl file

Hi All,
Need your help in understanding the issue i am facing.

I am building a transformer model with report as source (lists in the reports). It was working fine till now. Now when I validate the transformer, it gives error saying "Column X was not found in Report.Fact12" now Fact12 seems to be changed to Fact13 hence all this mismatch. What changes could have made this change in reference.

I think the obvious conclusion is that somebody edited the report you are using as your source.
