Buggy Event Studio

It seems my event studio is buggy.....
The body of the mail is getting repeated on run.
For suppose i have five run report tasks with individual mail attachments to different recipients and if the body is "Hello" then "Hello" is getting repeated for few tasks and as i mentioned in my earlier post (Event Studio Malfunction) PDF attachments were repeated on run.I am sick and tired of these behaviors and wanna get rid of these things.
Where exactly the Problem is? What should I do....?

I am with Cog 10.2.2

Unfortunately I am running into this also. I am on 10.2.1  Also, after a while my events stop working when I add additional fields to it. Is there such a thing as maximum allowed Data Items under Insertable Objects in an e-mail?

The only error I am getting is about the event condition not met even when I do something obviously true (tried both 1=1 and something that was based on data elements...)
