Page break PDF output

I have a crosstab report with two rows and one column.
Lets say A and B are rows and C is column.
when I am running the report in PDF, A is breaking at page breaks.
for example,

A         B
Asia    India
           China
           Japan
           Russia

at PDF page breaks  India and China showing in one page and Japan and Russia showing in next page. I want to display all the values from B in one page.

I tried Pagination for whole crosstab.

Please help me in achieving this.
