Display date on the Y-axis in charts.

How can I display a line chart with date and time stamp
(AM/PM) in Y-axis. The field I'm using for time stamp is date with the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss. When I try to use this in Y-axis I only able to see number intervals.

The requirement is to see y-axis with time scale values HH:MM AM/PM.

I greatly appreciate you help.
