Event Studio Malfunction

An Event with few tasks as run reports which are of PDF types. When we try to attach report outputs to the final task(email) then whats happening is:
when attaching a report output it duplicates it at event studio level and even if i delete the additional attachment and save the event still i am getting a copy of the report output with it as attachment after it runs.
Is there anything that i did wrong....!

Have you checked what happens for new vs ongoing events? Is this something in your Ongoing Events list that you overlooked?

Hey i got solution for my problem but i did not understand exactly that how it worked.

Event Studio > Action Menu > Set default options for all tasks > Report options > Specify default values for all the reports of this agent.
Here i have selected check boxes for PDF  & Save options.

Same thing i have done here at:

Select Report task> Options > Edit Link > Override the default values.
Here i have selected check boxes for PDF  & Save options.

By doing so, I got rid of generating duplicate attachments when attaching an attachment for email task in event studio and I was getting PDF attachments only(not HTML).

But what i think is, if we have given the default values at action level then event studio should consider these as default and if we override them by selecting individual report tasks then event studio should consider the overridden values.
