The attachment you posted seems like a BRD (Business Requirements Document). The calculation is clearly mentioned there . You will have to look at other metrics involved in the calculation and calculate the Forecast Quantity accordingly. Try to understand the report if it already exists and if not then investigate on how to get the other metrics that are required for Forecast Quantity.

That being said, keep in mind that this is a users forum and people will help you voluntarily. Nobody is responsible to help you so you should  ask for an answer, not demand an answer. The answer will also depend on how clear your question is. Webese language like 'hW' should not be used as it just indicates that you don't want to spend your time on this when it is you who needs the help. If you don't have the time to post the question properly then why would anybody spend their time answering it? Attitude is a small thing which makes a big difference.
