Refresh Prompt Page

Hi All,

I have a prompt page with 2 date fields (TO and FROM) and a text box where users can enter account numbers. There's a Reprompt button which validates the account numbers, moves them into a checkbox list, then hides the original freeform text box (this is just to keep the page looking clean and uncluttered).

I'm looking to find a way to refresh the page so a user can add an account if they forgot it. Not the entire page ideally, just these input boxes for account numbers.

Update - I found a workaround by creating an identical second prompt page. The Next and Back buttons were relabeled so users don't even know they went to a second page.
