Bursting Report sent multiple times after scheduling.

Hi All,

I have a report in Cognos where, when the payment for the voucher is made a notification is sent to the employees against which the payment is done. We have done a page set on data item voucher number.

Last day there were 3 vouchers against one user, which means 3 mails should have been sent to the user, but the user received 12 emails. first 3 emails were proper, other 9 emails were just repetition of the 3 emails.

i m just wondering why did this happen, request you to guide me to diagnose this issue.

It suggests that there's something in the data that's causing it. Have a look in the base data and you might find that there's something in the linked data four times on a table... (3 x 4)

Thanks for the reply :)

i tried running the report and extracted the output in  PDF format. Only 3 pages are generated for the employee as 3 vouchers are booked against the employee.

even i am confused why its going 12 times.
